As programme manager you will take total accountability for planning, structuring, leading and executing a portfolio of business transformation projects of high risk and complexity to time, quality and budget. Responsible for managing the Programme Team consisting of key Project Management, Business Analysis and Software Development staff.
It is essential the candidate has significant and demonstrable experience in Project / Programme Management using leading methodologies and processes. You will be proactive, have high energy and will be a natural leader of people and large teams across multiple locations. The individual will have experience of managing multiple parties including senior Project Managers and third party vendors on high profile business transformation and technologically innovative enterprise solutions. You must have highly developed negotiation skills and will be a natural presenter and will be comfortable with managing demanding customer expectations. Experience in producing business cases and financial budgeting is a must and you will also be qualified in ‘Prince 2’ level training or equivalent and will be experienced in MS Project planner. It is also essential that you have a high level of IT literacy.
