For this role, you’ll be a member of, or eligible for membership of the RTPI, with significant experience of Development Control including the processing of complex applications and dealing with appeals by way of written representations and at hearings and public inquiries. The ability to supervise staff and to help the Team Manager present cases to the Development Control panel will also be key.
