We have two vacancies (a full time position and a six month fixed term contract / secondment) within the Business Development Unit to support Adult Social Care (ASC) through developing and managing aspects of business process re-engineering. These are challenging positions yet the reward is that you would be at the cutting edge of implementing new electronic solutions into Adult Social Care to help efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.

You will need:

• An understanding and knowledge of Business Analysis Techniques
• An ability to analyse and interpret complex data
• Good IT Skills
• A professional and confident manner
• Effective oral and written skills
• To be a self motivator able to use their initiative
• Effective team player

A knowledge of ASC systems such as CareFirst would be an advantage.
