Broxbourne Services, the Council’s in-house contractor, provides a range of front line services such as, refuse and recycling collections, street cleansing, grounds maintenance and highway works. We are currently looking for talented individuals to undertake the following roles:
We are seeking a creative business development officer to support the management team acquire new external business. This will include assistance in developing and delivering a marketing plan, researching the local business environment to identify opportunities for business growth, monitoring performance of existing services and researching smarter working methods and technologies to improve efficiency and outputs.
Applicants should have a relevant degree or other suitable qualification. They should have experience in a sales/marketing or other commercial environment with strong analytical, research, written and IT skills. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate effective marketing, communication and presentation skills and commercial business expertise.
