Business Improvement Manager

Salary – £41,539 to £44,598 pa

Spelthorne Borough Council has set up a Business Improvement Programme which will look at all of our services to identify efficiency savings. We are looking for an innovative, customer focused Business Improvement Manager who is experienced in Change Management/Business Process Re-engineering and has additional skills or capabilities in project and information management.

You will be a confident, capable manager who enjoys challenging traditional thinking. You must be an effective and influential communicator who enjoys working with people.

You will join a small, busy team working across the full range of Council services studying current business processes, identifying improvements that can be made and how efficiency savings can be realised. You will also advise the Council’s Management Team on Information Management and Project Management.
