We are looking for a Business Programme Office Administrator to provide support to Project Managers and Programme Managers within the Business Programme Office and be responsible for the day to day management of the MHP Request For Change process.

It is essential that you have demonstrable experience within a Prince2 or equivalent environment. It is also essential that you have a tertiary education / degree (preferably IT related) and excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and experience with MS Project. You must have a definite interest in a Project Management career and possess a high level of numeric skills and good planning and organisational skills. You must also possess the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines and have the flexibility to manage multiple concurrent work activities. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be experienced in producing good quality, professional reports and presentations. It is essential that you maintain a professional, approachable and responsible attitude at all times. Good English language skills must be evident within written and verbal communications and you should have strong experience in monitoring and managing project risks, issues, assumptions and dependency logs.

It is desirable that you possess a Prince2 (or equivalent) certification and have a demonstrable understanding of IT Project Lifecycles. It is desirable that you have some experience as a Junior Project Manager and are organised, methodical and flexible with a common sense approach. You should have a positive attitude to change and be continually looking to improve (self, processes and service). It is desirable that you have a can do approach and are enthusiastic and able to work under your own initiative. You should be a team player and be proactive.
