Procurement is big business here at Harrow and we are strengthening the team to take us to the next level. We will be recognised as one of the best council’s in London by 2012, with value for money services firmly embedded in our corporate priorities. To achieve this we need two outstanding individuals to join our corporate procurement team.

You will take the lead on a variety of procurement projects across all departments. Working with external partners you will manage projects ranging from small, quick-win solutions to full EU tenders, across a wide variety of subjects.
