CIN Commissioning Manager

Salary:£40,002 - £44,757 

Hours:36 hours per week 

Working pattern:Full Time, Permanent position 

Location:Leatherhead

The Surrey Children’s Fund and Surrey’s Children’s Service commissions and supports a range of services for children in need, and your role will be to oversee these countywide and local projects.

You’ll commission, monitor and review services, assist potential service providers to develop their capabilities and advise the Children and Young People’s Commissioning Partnership and Area Partnerships.

Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, you’ll have a good understanding of the Every Child Matters Agenda, relevant legislation and issues surrounding social exclusion and poverty, as well as great people management and communication skills. With experience of qualitative and quantitative research methods and excellent organisational skills, you’ll have worked in a relevant environment such as youth services, social care, education or health and had experience of monitoring or evaluating children’s services.

You’ll be enthusiastic about improving the lives of children and young people, with a clean driving licence and ability to travel within the county.

An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure and POCA check will be required for this role.
