The Centre Manager will lead, manage and develop both the staff and volunteers to maximise performance and quality provision. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the centre, managing the Meals-On-Wheels service and working effectively with partners across statutory, private and voluntary sectors.
You will be working alongside the Claygate and Oxshott Children’s Centre Co-ordinator in developing a new and exciting intergenerational centre.
The Centre Manager must be innovative, self-motivated, have good managerial skills and be proficient in word processing and spreadsheet packages.
Knowledge of working with older people would be an advantage and preference will be given to applicants who hold a relevant qualification.
