The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Community Sustainment Co-ordinator. With a starting salary of circa £27,800 per annum and an excellent benefits package we are looking for a housing professional with the skills and ability to drive the service forward.The PurposeReporting to the Housing Services Team Leader and leading a team of Community Sustainment Officers you will be responsible for delivering the Community Sustainment Strategy across the district ensuring the delivery of quality services.

The Person
You must have previous experience at a supervisory level, being able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and people management skills. You will have knowledge of issues relating to the delivery of community sustainability services including housing options, choice based lettings, ASB, statutory homelessness and void management. You will be effective working under pressure and to tight deadlines and will have experience of developing and delivering effective policies and strategies.The sector is going into a substantial period of legislative change and you must be able to demonstrate effectively your ability to manage change programmes, delivering excellentservices in a competitive environment.
