You will join a small, lively multi-disciplinary team which is committed to innovation, quality, and the application of best practice. Your key areas of work will be as follows:-

• To oversee the development of the Youth Café project
• To increase opportunities for youth engagement, principally through the organisation and development of the Maidstone Youth Forum
• To support the Sport, Play and Youth Development Manager in delivering the youth development agenda, including developing diversionary activities with partner agencies (e.g. Charlton project)
• To support the Social Inclusion Manager in developing communities, particularly in the disadvantaged areas of Maidstone, through working with partner agencies
