Contact Centre Manager (Outbound Sales)
My client is a leading marketing services provider specialising in market data analysis. Due to expansion they currently require a Contact Centre Manager to join them in their impressive West Manchester HQ.
This is an entrepreneurial expanding organization with ambitious growth plans in their respective market. Having achieved huge success over recent years, they are now seeking an enthusiastic, confident and target driven sales manager to manage there contact centre, add value and really make a difference. As the Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for managing a sales driven contact centre in West Manchester managing outbound sales calls.
The ideal candidate will need to have experience of managing a busy sales orientated contact centre ideally within a targeted organisation. You will have the ability to manage a team effectively, and have the desire to lead from the front and exceed sales targets. You will have previous sales experience within an outbound Contact Centre environment.
