The aim of the Contracts and Commissioning Manager is to provide overall leadership for contracts ensuring an effective client function. You will manage the administration of response repair services, payment systems and pre and post inspection regimes. You will ensure proper compliance with procurement rules and develop partnering relations with key suppliers.

For this role, you will be highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality innovative solutions to routine and complex service requirements. You will be able to work to strict deadlines with minimum supervision whilst meeting the challenge of a diverse stock portfolio in urban and rural environments. We require similar previous experience, a strong commitment to delivering excellence in customer service along with a valid driving licence.
