Crime and Disorder Analyst

Salary:£23,749 - £27,594  

Hours:Full time. Fixed term contract until 31 March 2011 (possibility of renewal) 

Working pattern:Full Time, Contract position 

Location:Brighton

You’ll help prevent crime and disorder, by producing important information about crime patterns and trends.

You’ll evaluate, compare and analyse data from diverse sources and be able to pull this together into useful information, recommending to your audience where resources should be targeted. To be a success in this role you’ll already be skilled at researching, analysing and presenting complex factual/statistical information, and at using spreadsheets, databases and mapping software as your tools. You’ll quickly establish trust and credibility at all levels across the Brighton & Hove Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership through your evidence-based, confident, and diplomatic approach and your ability to communicate clearly.
