ContactPoint is an online directory being developed as part of the Every Child Matters programme to improve outcomes for all children. It will help practitioners to identify and contact one another allowing them to co-ordinate the services children require and to intervene early where needs are identified.
The ContactPoint team will be part of Havering’s Integration Team which is progressing a number of projects to deliver on integrated working, such as Common Assessment Framework, Integrated Children’s System, Children’s Services Directory and mobile working.
In this role you will be responsible for cleaning data and managing the child records in ContactPoint for which Havering local authority is the accountable body. You should have an excellent understanding of data quality standards, data cleaning and data matching techniques.
