Applicants should have a successful and proven record of working with children, young people, families.The following position: All Vacancies subject to start from 2nd September 2008(However, earlier
start will be considered).3 Full-time EWOs (temporary term-time only) Contract until 31st March 2009.1 0.6 EWO (21 hours) Permanent1 Full-time Maternity Cover 6months – 1yearSecondment consideredYou will have:§ At least 3 years experience working Schools, Children and Young People, Parents.§ Knowledge of Education Act 1996 and Children Act 2004§ Ability to manage own time and perform to timescales§ Ability to monitor
and develop quality standards§ Have the ability to do presentations and disseminate information to a broad spectrum of professionals.§ Ability to provide customer focused service and meet service standards and performance indicators.§ Ability to work with minimum supervision.§ Have a full driver's license and use of a carYou should have a good understanding of Local Authority principles and the confidence and experience
in liaising with Schools, Other Statutory Agencies and Voluntary Groups. You must have both good written and verbal communication skills.
