12 month fixed term contract

The post will support Walsall Councils delivery on improving integration through the development of Walsall Multi Faith Forum and umbrella organisations that are part of the forum.

The role will involve developing the capacity of, and involvement of partners with, the Multi Faith Forum and umbrella faith organisations to ensure the delivery of an agreed action plan which the successful candidate will develop.

The successful candidate will be experienced in, and highly skilled in, organisational development to facilitate change; delivery and design of effective systems; partnership building across the voluntary and statutory sectors and effective service delivery. Additionally the successful candidate must have vast experience of attracting substantial funding to voluntary sector organisations.
