You will have good experience in producing management accounts, payroll, and cash flow. You will manage a small team of finance staff and have good working knowledge of spreadsheets to perform complex tasks and good analytical skills. You must have substantial experience of producing written reports, including statistical and financial information within timescale, and must have good communication skills.
We are looking for a motivated, confident and resilient individual with a housing background or with transferable knowledge or skills.
You will be responsible for producing the monthly/quarterly management accounts, cash flow and assisting the Head of Finance with annual budget preparation and year-end closure of accounts.
You will also be responsible for preparing and processing the organisation’s monthly payroll, making sure that PAYE are promptly effected on due dates and year-end returns to the HMRC. You will be co-ordinating and preparing quarterly and annual returns to Registered Social Landlords (RSLs).
