Liverpool City Council’s Corporate Procurement Service is seeking applications for the post of Funding Liaison Officer for the Community Resource Grant programme.
The primary function of the post is to enable the Community Resources team to effectively and efficiently fund voluntary and community organisations in the City and to continually assess the impact of this funding programme in meeting the Council’s strategic priorities.
The post holder will administer and monitor funding to voluntary and community organisations in the programme and ensure that the organisations concerned receive appropriate advice and support to develop their offering and assist them to enhance their resources.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of two years experience of working with or for voluntary and community organisations in an urban environment at a strategic level, and experience of supporting and developing community led projects.
Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their financial and management skills in particular planning, monitoring & budget management.
