BAES is one of the largest local authority providers of adult learning in the country, recruiting nearly 30,000 learners annually. Judged Good by Ofsted, BAES provides FE/Adult Learner Responsive and PCDL courses targeting in particular, areas of disadvantage, and people with low skills.

Adult Learning professionals with substantial successful track records in the specialism identified for each post are required to take the Service forward in the next stage of its development within the context of City Council and Learning and Skills Council priorities.

All posts require a full teaching qualification and full membership of the Institute for Learning.

We are now looking to recruit to the following vacancy at a senior level.

Head of Marketing, Access and Learners Services
The above is a Senior Management Team post and also carries responsibility for one of the three BAES Area Teams.
A Criminal Records Bureau Check will be undertaken.
