We are looking for a Housing Services Manager to come and work with us in our London office.

You will be responsible for leading on delivery of excellent housing services to MHP’s customers across a large geographical area.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate; experience of managing a team within a performance driven environment. Experience of delivering a co-ordinated housing management service. Have a working knowledge of Housing Law. Experience of identifying, managing and implementing change, along with excellent communication skills.

This job also requires the post holder to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use, as well as flexible availability, as you will need to attend occasional meetings and events outside of the regular business hours.

Salary: £40,900 – £47,700 per annum
