This is an exciting time for an experienced Human Resource Advisor to join our busy, friendly team. HR and Payroll have recently merged and we are taking the opportunity of revising the way we work to deliver service excellence.

As Human Resource Advisor, you will need demonstrable experience of providing a comprehensive HR service, particularly in the areas of employee relations and recruitment. Your negotiation skills and the ability to engage with managers, Trade Union and employees are paramount. Working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be a motivated individual who thrives on a challenge. It is desirable for you to be part/full CIPD qualified.
