ICT Analyst (Schools)

Location:ICT Infrastructure, Cathedral House, Three Cocks Lane, Gloucester

Outstanding opportunity exists for a technical support analyst to join a highly respected and specialised Schools ICT Support Unit, within Gloucestershire’s Business Management Directorate to provide desktop, laptop, server support, installation, configuration and administration within Gloucestershire Schools.

Ideally you will have practical experience of, or a working knowledge of some or all of the following: Windows 2000/XP/Vista Business, Windows server 2000, 2003, Active Directory, TCP/IP, Routers and Hubs, MS Office 2003 Professional, Outlook, Outlook Express and Internel Explorer. In addtion, a working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and RM networks experience welcomed.

This role is based in Cathedral House, Gloucester but due to the nature of the business, you will be required to travel to other sites, mainly Schools, in the County on a daily basis and have the ability to carry and transport computer equipment from one location to another. Travelling expenses in conjunction with a car allowance will be paid.
