Vendor Relationship Manager….About the Position…
Reporting to the Head of Architecture, Strategy & Compliance, you will manage the operational and strategic relationships with all suppliers to the ICT department, and be accountable for their overall performance. This role is key to ensuring supplier effectiveness and value for money is maintained, along with adherence to contract terms and SLA’s.

About You…
The department will be run based on ITIL principles and you must be able to demonstrate:

Experience of working in a similar Vendor or Supplier Relationship Manager role within an ICT function. Ideally you will have a proven background of managing contract renewal roadmaps.
Experience of producing supplier scorecards and performance reports.
Experienced managing Telecommunications companies would be ideal for this role.
Proven experience of scoping technical elements of ICT contracts and a keen eye for value for money opportunities.
