You will help deliver a truly excellent ICT Service to our customers, enabling us to get the best from our business systems and third-parties who supply services.
Working on our technical first-line service desk, you will have a major impact on how our users interact with their ICT and ensure our business is kept moving by making sure that all our IT systems and equipment are functioning and supported.
From providing initial service desk response to providing first and second line incident support, this post is vital to ensuring great customer satisfaction and supporting all of our vital business systems.
