The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Income Maximisation Team Leader. With a starting salary of circa £33k per annum and an excellent benefits package we are looking for a housing professional with the skills and ability to drive the service forward.

The Purpose
Reporting to the Service Manager and leading a team of Customer Finance Champions and Financial Inclusion Officers you will be responsible for delivering excellent Revenues and Income Management Services designed to maximise income collection, support customer needs, pursuing best practice and best value reflecting best in class services and recovery procedures.

The Person
You must have previous experience at a managerial level, being able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and people management skills. You will have knowledge of issues relating to the delivery of housing management services including rental income collection and performance management. You will be effective working under pressure and tight deadlines and will have experience of effective financial planning.The sector is going into a substantial period of legislative change and you must beable to demonstrate effectively your ability to manage change programmes, delivering excellent services in a competitive environment.You must be educated to a minimum of degree level.
