The scale requires flexible working and is all year round.
Required from October 2008, or as soon as possible thereafter, a suitably qualified and experienced ICT Network Manager who will oversee the provision and further development of the school’s computer network (currently c. 700 desktops and 150 laptops). We seek a person with a wide range of ICT skills, good network experience and technical knowledge of the Microsoft environment, server 2003/R2, Windows XP, Windows 2008 server and server roles, experience of virtual technologies, TCP/IP and Internet. We seek someone qualified at least to HND/HNC/BTEC/Degree in IT or similar engineering experience. It is essential that the person appointed is able to develop good working relationships with teaching and support staff. Experience of SIMS would be an advantage.
