- Common Assessment
- Lead Professional
- Information Sharing.
You will be supported in this work by the Integrated Processes Steering Group and the post will be line managed by the Head of Service, Performance and Partnerships.
You will have line management responsibility for two Integrated Processes Co-ordinators.
