Torbay Council is looking to recruit experienced Job Analysts to join an existing team to assist with the evaluation of jobs and the implementation of the Single Status Agreement.

Torbay Council uses the GLPC Job Evaluation scheme and LINK Job Evaluator, so experience of using these would be an advantage. Familiarity with moderating groups of results, indentifying ‘sore thumbs’ is also an advantage, as well as complex problem solving and dealing with employees and managers at all levels.
