ICT systems have a massive impact on how a forward-thinking authority like ours operates. You’ll be leading a dedicated team in the design, development and implementation of new technologies that will underpin our social care services provision. This will include systems, such as SWIFT, SAP Protocol and an RKY/v EDRMS solution. Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline, you’ll be well versed in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL packages or complex business-object universes and bring proven leadership skills. A Prince 2 project management qualification will also be highly valued.
