Opportunities have arisen as part of our internal changes and these roles will be instrumental in realising our goals.

The Major Works Client Manager will provide visible client leadership for the delivery of all major works and cyclical programs. You must ensure effective delivery, technical compliance and project governance and will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety risks are effectively controlled through CDMc. You will be key in ensuring effective consultation with residents and in accordance with leasehold legislation.

For this role, you will be highly motivated and committed to delivering high quality innovative solutions to routine and complex service requirements. You will be able to work to strict deadlines with minimum supervision whilst meeting the challenge of a diverse stock portfolio in urban and rural environments. We require similar previous experience, a strong commitment to delivering excellence in customer service along with a valid driving licence.
