Formed from the recent unique merger of five established housing associations and a specialist care organisation, Radian is set to be a major name in the housing sector.

An organised, positive individual, you’ll call on the residents within our sheltered services each day, encourage their participation in social events, attend meetings and generally offer support and a listening ear whenever needed, as well as supervise and monitor the scheme cleaners. You’ll also support the Supported Housing Manager with ad hoc projects.

Proactive, numerate and with sound admin skills, you have an awareness of the welfare benefits system and
Supporting People criteria. Experience of working with elderly people will ideally be backed by a care qualification. Full driving licence and use of a car is essential for this post. You may also be expected to answer out of hours emergencies infrequently.
