The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Neighbourhood Support Team Leader. With a starting salary of circa £33k per annum and an excellent benefits package we are looking for a housing professional with the skills and ability to drive the service forward.The PurposeReporting to the Service Manager and leading a team of Neighbourhood Support Officers you will be responsible for delivering a full range of housing management and support services to tenants, leaseholders, and other customers.

The Person
You must have previous proven experience at managerial level, being able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and people management skills. The sector is going into a substantial period of legislative change and you must be able to demonstrate effectively your ability to manage change programmes, delivering excellent services in a competitive environment.You must be educated to a minimum of degree level.
