Performance Officer

Ealing borough Council have put in place a number of best value performance indicators to run alongside National Indicators. These provide a greater focus on the outcomes of our housing strategy and enable change as appropriate.

You’ll set up reporting mechanisms for these. That will involve analysing large amounts of data, identifying trends and translating that information into understandable management reports. These will be used for regular reporting to the Head of Housing Strategy, so that client teams can have access to relevant and reliable information and so that we can fulfil our statutory reporting requirements to central government, the audit commission and other agencies.

Prove experience of performance monitoring and statistical analysis is essential. Ideally, you’ll also have experience of formulating, leading and implementing performance systems. You’ll be familiar with a wide variety of spreadsheet packages and skilled at extracting relevant data to create insightful management information. Some knowledge of housing services and policy will be an advantage.
