In this exciting role, you will manage Social Workers in a dynamic and forward thinking service.
The service comprises of a Duty Team and a team of Social Workers who assess, supervise, support and review foster carers in the East of the County.
You will have proven leadership and managerial skills and be able to manage performance.
You must be committed to innovation and service development and be able to manage resources to help deliver the Performance Improvement Plan for the Fostering Service.
The salary for this post is £38,931 – £42,549 per annum, Local Management Grade (LMG) 2.
