We are looking for an exceptional Programme Manager to lead our programme of IT change.

You will be working with colleagues, suppliers, partners and residents, you’ll deliver major developments to our IT system so that we can provide a better and more cost-effective service to our customers. You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of all change across the ICT and Facilities teams, resulting in a first-class, customer-focused IT system.

You’ll have a strong track record in procuring and delivering large-scale IT infrastructure change in a customer-facing environment, have significant experience in stakeholder management and leading a programme of IT enabled change.

Ideally, you’ll have a solid understanding of EU procurement processes and be qualified in project management (Prince2, PMP, MSP or PgMP). You’ll demonstrate impressive leadership and communication skills, allowing you to motivate your team and work well with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.
