Are you a positive and dynamic person with the enthusiasm and experience to manage an exciting Project? Aiming High for Disabled Children sets out the Government’s commitment to create a step change in the provision of short break services for disabled children and their families and identified significant additional funding for this purpose. The recent Joint Area Review found that Richmond upon Thames has ‘outstanding’ services. However, to further improve the outcomes for our children and young people with disabilities we need to increase their opportunities and make our provision more flexible.

You will be responsible for leading the change and we are looking for a Project Manager who will present an inventive management solution.

You will be joining the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames at an exciting time of change but with the Integrated Services for Children with Disabilities and Learning Difficulties established.

Equal Opportunities

Applications are particularly welcome from black and ethnic minorities and people with disabilities who are currently under-represented in the service. This authority is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
