Putting People First will change how social care services are delivered and enable service users to make key decisions regarding how they are looked after. You’ll be leading its implementation here in our borough. This will involve aligning it with our overall vision and objectives, developing support systems and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transitional process. Highly effective project management skills will be matched with a proven understanding of current social care agendas and policies, enabling you to thrive at the cutting edge of this important transformation agenda.
