Project Manager (Technical and Sustainability)

Contract:Permanent, full time

Location: Crowndale Centre, 218 Eversholt Street, NW1 1BD

Salary: PO5 – £40,506 – £43,152

In this high profile position you will act as a project manager and technical lead on building schemes within the Children Schools and Families capital programme

Working as part of the technical/project management team, you will play a key role in the development, maintenance and strategic improvement of schools and children’s centre buildings.

You will provide technical support by reviewing, monitoring and challenging the work of design & technical consultancy teams and contractors.

Role Requirements

You will be:

  • Experienced in the construction industry as contract administrator or client lead
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of technical experience of building construction & sustainability projects in a management role.
  • Creative, both in problem solving, idea generation and seeking out and disseminating successful practice.
  • Skilled communicator, high level of written and spoken English to draft briefings, reports and technical documents.
  • IT proficient
