This is an extremely worthwhile role in a 24-hour supported housing scheme for adults with mental health support needs.
You will support service users with their recovery using a person centered approach. You will empower service users by promoting involvement, social inclusion and the achievement of personal goals.
You will also assist service users to increase their independence by maintaining their tenancies and further develop their daily living skills.
You must have experience of working with adults with mental health needs, liaison with Community mental health teams and a sound understanding of the key worker role.
Most importantly, you will have to be capable of carrying out needs and risk assessments as well as shared action plans.
