As Public Relations, Research and Information Officer you will implement the MHO marketing and communications plan objectives so that MHO (and MHP) attain the best possible presence and reputation through effective public relations.

To produce market research reports using data stored on MHO/P systems and from external sources to inform product development, marketing plans and staff and improve MHO profile as a leading provider of intermediate housing market intelligence.

It is essential the successful candidate has demonstrable experience in public relations and market research amd of news release writing and editing. You will have some experience of PR campaign planning and of supporting high profile events and will have excellent communications skills, particularly in writing. The individual must demonstrate an understanding of the media and have the ability to develop strong working relationships with key contacts.

The candidate will be degree qualified with a relevant media and/ or research qualification (or studying towards)and will be able to show political sensitivity and diplomacy. You will have the ability to analyse statistics to inform business intelligence, to make careful, thoughtful judgements whilst thinking on your feet and to work calmly under pressure. You must also be able to identify and articulate solutions and to juggle a variety of tasks and tight deadlines and will have some Crisis Management experience and a willingness to learn.

The individual will ideally have property marketing experience, Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Quark skills and have a full clean driving licence.
