Do you have the vision to influence the future of Canterbury?

We are looking for a highly motivated, inquisitive team player to spend a year in our Strategy and Enabling team, supporting the development of a progressive housing strategy that helps build our reputation for excellence.

We need someone to help develop initiatives and strategies for a high quality housing service. Collecting and analysing a wide range of data, researching good practice and compiling statistical returns, you will review housing policies and procedures, and recommend service improvements.

You must have a track record of research and analysis, the ability to work to tight deadlines, understand the housing environment and national policy framework, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

The successful applicant will be required to undertake a standard disclosure check through the Criminal Records Bureau.
