We’ve set some ambitious targets for increasing affordable housing in Ealing borough. One way we’re aiming to meet and exceed them is by strengthening partnerships with Registered Social Landlords and that’s where you come in.

You’ll manage and develop all RSL relationships within housing services. It will be down to you to build strong relationships, ensure standards of quality and choice and, at the same time, secure added inward investment. That will mean working with RSLs, developers and external agencies, to provide advice, guidance and assistance in areas such as preparing proposals for grants and funding.

You’ll need to have extensive experience of delivering affordable housing solutions and a sound knowledge of the current issues and latest developments in the areas of housing and regeneration. And you’ll need to be the kind of person who uses a partnership approach to working in order to share expertise and achieve results to time, quality and budget specifications.
