We currently have a vacancy for someone to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant

The Purpose of the role:

Assisting with the implementation of our various sales & marketing strategies.

Supporting the team to implement sales and marketing activities for all schemes.

Administration duties for the Sales & Marketing team.

Keep an up-to-date record of spend per scheme.

Booking advertising space as directed by the Sales & Marketing Director/ Manager.

Assisting Sales and Marketing team members to obtain details of people suitable for our schemes from key worker employers, local authorities and other housing associations via trawls.

Assisting the team to create electronic and postal lists in order to cost effectively distribute marketing material to our target purchasers.

Gathering weekly leads from leads log reports and producing reports to track the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.

The Minimum requirements:

Experience in a sales and marketing house builder environment preferable but not essential.

IT proficient with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Good time-keeping and a “can do” attitude is a must.
