We are seeking a Sales Officer to manage the disposal of Metropolitan Housing Partnership’s Intermediate and private sale, re sales and letting stock in London and the Home Counties in accordance with Metropolitan Home Ownership sales procedures, focused in our Clapham Park Regeneration.

To be successful in this role you will provide a high level of customer and stakeholder service. It is essential that you have knowledge and understanding of marketing issues and principles, with demonstrable experience in a sales and marketing environment. It is essential that you possess a thorough knowledge of the sales and legal process of shared ownership sales, re sales and lettings.

You will be working in multiple locations and you will manage the disposal of external RSLs housing stock whilst maintaining excellent client relationship management. Actively participating in inter departmental project groups to ensure pre marketing targets are met, you will ensure developments are sold on time, to the right people and within budget to achieve delivery of forecasts.

You will be required to work a five day week, including Saturdays and Sundays as standard and hold a current full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
It is desirable that you have knowledge of local housing markets and knowledge of intermediate sales letting processes.
