Role Description:
Working in conjunction with the existing Senior Care Managers and the Team Manager you will help drive the department forward with the aim of improving our service delivery for our clients.

There will be a supervisory capacity within the role with either Community Support Workers or Care Managers within the team. You will also be expected at times to deputise for the Team Manager at meetings etc.

You will be expected to work with complex cases, carrying out assessments, care planning, reviews and supporting duty on a rota system. You must have sound knowledge and skills in safeguarding adults work.

You will be client centered with your approach and be able to balance this with the ability to support less experienced staff with the professional advice and budgetary demands of a busy, dynamic, supportive and friendly team.

An enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure check will be required for this role.
