Senior HR Adviser - Schools

Salary:JM2:- £30,598- £34,140 p.a. (pay award pending) 

Hours:37 hours per week 

Working pattern:Full Time, Permanent position 

Location:Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare

This is an exciting career opportunity which will directly involve you in delivering a high quality human resource support service to schools across North Somerset. As one of two Senior Advisers with responsibility for overseeing the work of a small team your role will be both varied and challenging. You will work closely with Senior Managers from within the Children and Young People Services Directorate, Head Teachers and Governors in identifying the people issues, developing options and working with other HR colleagues to ensure effective delivery of business focused solutions.

You will need to have a recognised CIPD qualification and proven generalist HR and staff management experience. You will need effective analytical and communication skills and be business focused in your approach.
