We need somebody who can act as the principal driver to further develop the council’s framework for monitoring and reporting of performance information, to oversee the performance requirements of our Local Area Agreement and to implement the council’s performance management software.
The role will require:
Experience in providing effective performance management information including the publication of the annual performance plan
Experience in implementing performance management software in a large complex organisation
A strong background in research, data collection and analysis
A good understanding of the key issues facing local government including CAA and Local Area Agreements
Proven ability and confidence to communicate with councillors and senior management
