If you have a background in sheltered housing, experience of working with older people, a track record in the Supporting People contract environment and proven strategic and management skills, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on delivering a first class service.

Based in Wood Green, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team in the delivery of services to older people across London and the South East. Working with colleagues from across the UK to discuss, review and develop strategies, best practice and policies, you’ll then lead your team to implement excellent services across 51 sheltered housing schemes in your region.

You’ll be part of the Senior Management team, contributing to wider strategic objectives within the Regional Business Plan. So we’ll look to you to help develop the key priorities for the organisation, communicate them to your team and oversee their delivery.
