Occupying a key role in the core of the Financial Planning and Investment team the role of the Senior Finance Officer plays an intrinsic part in aiding the growth of the Hyde Group. The post operates at the heart of the business providing quality support to the group’s capital investment programmes. You will be working as part of a team providing an efficient and effective financial service over the group’s £2 billion property portfolio (at cost), growing annually in excess of £250m.
Providing support to the decision making process across the business while supporting the development functions you will be responsible for supplying accurate management information to the business development departments ensuring it is produced accurately and on a timely basis.

- Financial Controls & Project Management
Who we’re looking for
The right candidate for the post will show a genuine interest in furthering their accounting skill set. You must be a CCAB part qualified accountant with experience of the following:
- Report Writing
- Analysing financial information
- Liaison with non-finance
- Reconciliations
- Experience of capital accounting would be a bonus
